Trying to take better care of yourself, but feeling unsure what actually matters?

When advice feels overwhelming or contradictory, it’s easy to second-guess every choice. Real progress comes from understanding your body and your life, not following another rigid plan.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own

A lot of people come to me already trying. They care about their health, they’ve made changes before, and they genuinely want to do things “the right way,” but staying consistent and confident on their own feels exhausting.

My role isn’t to hand you a plan and send you on your way. It’s to walk alongside you, help you stay grounded when things feel confusing or messy, and give you a steady place to come back to when motivation dips or life gets busy.

We work together to build understanding, yes, but also structure, accountability, and support that actually holds up over time. You’re not expected to be perfect or have it all figured out. You’re expected to show up, and I’ll meet you there.

Many of the people I support have tried doing this alone and felt frustrated, discouraged, or stuck in cycles of starting and stopping. Our work is about creating consistency, trust, and forward movement, even when things aren’t ideal.

This support is for you if…

You care about your health and want to feel better in your body, but staying consistent on your own feels harder than it should.

For example, you know what you “should” be doing, but follow-through feels inconsistent once life gets busy.

You’ve tried making changes before, maybe with good intentions and even short-term success, but you find yourself stuck in cycles of starting, stopping, or second-guessing what you’re doing.

This might look like jumping between plans, feeling unsure whose advice to trust, or wondering why things stopped working.

You want guidance and accountability without rigidity. Someone who can help you stay grounded, adapt when life happens, and keep moving forward instead of starting over.

Not a strict plan that falls apart the moment your schedule, energy, or health shifts.

You’re not looking for perfection or quick fixes. You want support that fits real life and helps you build confidence in your decisions over time.

So you’re not constantly wondering if you’re doing it “right.”

What it’s like to work together

Working together is collaborative, supportive, and built around consistency, not intensity.

We start by getting a clear picture of where you are now, what you’ve already tried, and what feels hardest to sustain. From there, we focus on realistic changes that make sense for your body and your life, not a plan you have to force yourself to follow.

Support doesn’t stop after one conversation. We meet regularly, check in on what’s working and what’s not, and adjust as things change. When life gets busy, motivation dips, or something feels off, you don’t have to figure it out alone, we problem-solve it together.

Accountability here isn’t about pressure or perfection. It’s about having someone in your corner who helps you stay grounded, keeps you moving forward, and reminds you that progress doesn’t require doing everything “right.”

A Little About Me

I’m a registered dietitian and fitness professional, but more importantly, I believe that health support should feel steady, human, and realistic.

I’ve spent years working with people who are genuinely trying to take better care of themselves, often while juggling busy lives, health concerns, and conflicting advice. That experience has shaped how I work. I don’t believe in rigid plans or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in thoughtful guidance, flexibility, and support that adapts as life changes.

My background allows me to look at nutrition and movement alongside the rest of your life, not as isolated pieces. Your stress levels, sleep, routines, and capacity for self-care all influence progress just as much as food or exercise do. Joy, rest, and recovery matter too, and they deserve a place in the conversation.

Progress rarely happens in a straight line. There will be seasons where things feel easier and seasons where they don’t, and support should account for both. What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel supported, not judged, and where change feels sustainable rather than forced.

If this feels like a good fit

The next step is to begin the process for an initial nutrition assessment.

This first session is where we take the time to understand your health history, current challenges, goals, and what support would actually be helpful for you.

It’s not a quick call or a surface-level conversation, it’s a comprehensive assessment so we can determine the best path forward.

Depending on your insurance, this visit may be covered, or it can be completed as a self-pay session. You’ll have clarity on that before we meet.

From there, we decide together what ongoing support looks like, based on your needs, your life, and your capacity right now.
