Professional and Personal Experience

Welcome! I understand the significance of prioritizing health, especially as a woman in midlife. My own transformative journey began in my 20s when I found myself as an unhappy, overweight graduate student, uncertain of my future career path.

During the pursuit of my Master's Degree, I shed 65 pounds and created a healthy lifestyle centered around balanced nutrition and regular exercise. This transformation not only led to a healthier me but also unveiled a new career trajectory.

It's important to note that because I've experienced my own weight loss journey, I can empathize with the struggles you are facing as well as the confusion about what to do with the vast amount of conflicting health information out there.

Fast forward, I am now a Registered Dietitian, a certified Personal Trainer, and an expert in Women's Weight Management. With over a decade of experience, I've guided hundreds of women just like you to achieve weight loss goals, despite the stress and busyness of work, social life, and/or having kids.

My passion lies in empowering women to embrace sustainable nutrition and strength training as catalysts for positive change. I'm here to share my knowledge and experiences, and to support you in your own journey to a healthier, stronger you.
