When What You’re Doing Isn’t Working Anymore
You might feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but not seeing results.
You’re eating better, moving more, and trying to stay consistent, yet the scale won’t budge, your energy is unpredictable, or food feels harder than it should.
Maybe you’ve been told to just eat less, try harder, or follow another plan that doesn’t fit your life. Over time, that leads to frustration, second-guessing yourself, and burnout.
This isn’t a lack of willpower.
It’s a sign your body needs a different kind of support.

What Clients Are Saying
"I contacted Julie when my Dr wanted to pile on more drugs saying I was pre-diabetic. Taking more meds or any meds was not what I wanted. Julie made a food plan just for me, I lost a little over 50 pounds and got off all meds! In the process learned I was not eating enough and what foods to eat together. If this sounds like it's you Julie can help, it changed my life."
Sandy
I have spent my entire life in an overweight body and for most of my life I never imagined I was capable of having a smaller body. I felt completely defeated before starting my workout plan with Julie. I was working out 5-6 times a week with no results. I truly did not understand the benefits of strength training. I’ve hit my goal of over 100 lbs lost and continue to see changes in my body. I have muscle tone and definition that I have never had. Thank you Julie.
Kasey
"You've helped me undo years of diet culture toxic relationship with food. I haven't had any disordered eating binges since we've been working together. And I'm losing weight. Not sure how you did that, but I feel so proud of myself."

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Coverage depends on your plan, so we’ll help verify your benefits before your first visit whenever possible.
Is this service in-person or virtual?
All sessions are 100% virtual, so you can meet with me from home, work, or anywhere you feel comfortable. Virtual sessions allow for flexible scheduling and consistent support without the need to travel.
What states do you work with?
Clients must currently live in Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin, or Minnesota. This ensures care is provided in accordance with state licensure and insurance requirements.
What happens in the initial assessment?
Your first visit is a 60-minute session where we talk through your health history, goals, challenges, and what’s been frustrating you. We’ll create a clear plan and next steps so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on.
Do I have to track my food or count macros?
Not necessarily. Some clients find tracking helpful, others don’t. We’ll choose an approach that feels supportive and realistic for you, not something that adds stress or pressure.
Is this only for weight loss?
No. Many clients come for weight management, but we also work on improving energy, labs, metabolism, strength, and their relationship with food. The focus is overall health and sustainable progress.
How often do we meet?
Most clients start with follow-ups every 2–4 weeks. Frequency can change over time based on your goals, needs, and insurance coverage.
Is this a good fit if I travel or eat out often?
Yes. We focus on strategies that work in real life, including travel, busy schedules, and eating out. The plan adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Do you give meal plans?
Instead of rigid meal plans, you’ll get guidance, structure, and examples that fit your preferences and lifestyle. The goal is flexibility and confidence, not rules you can’t maintain.
How do I get started?
The first step is booking a 60-minute initial assessment. Before your visit, you’ll complete a few forms so we can verify insurance and make the most of our time together.
